Tiffin Replacement

If you encounter any issues with your tiffin, such as damage or quality concerns, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace any tiffin that does not meet our quality standards.

Our goal is to ensure that you receive meals of the highest quality. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your tiffin, please let us know, and we will promptly address your concerns.

Tiffin Extra Charges

Additional charges may apply for special requests or modifications to your tiffin. These charges will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to confirm or decline them before proceeding with your order.

We are committed to transparency in pricing and will always provide clear information regarding any extra charges associated with your tiffin.

Monthly Basis Delivery

Our tiffin delivery service operates on a monthly basis. By subscribing to our service, you agree to receive tiffin deliveries for the duration of the subscription period.

Payments for monthly subscriptions are due in advance and must be received before the beginning of each subscription period. Once payment is received, your tiffin deliveries will commence as scheduled.

Important Note

While we make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction, please note that payments for tiffin deliveries are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or disruptions to our service, we cannot guarantee refunds for missed deliveries or interruptions in service.
